Chow time for Bandit

Chewy reps are the best ever!!! My mom ordered the wrong chow for me; okay, I'll admit it, I am a picky eater, but hey, you like what you like. Am I right? So when she called to re-order the right flavor, they offered a full refund and just asked that we donate the unused food to a shelter or veterinary office. I got my food the next day, and my pals at the shelter got a good meal too! We appreciate all the folks at Chewy so much!!!!

Not small bites.

My dogs like the small bites and are kinda snobs and won't eat much unless they have the small bites. I think Hill science changed the food and that is what caused these bites to be bigger. I was hoping these would be the original small bite but they were not.

This wasn't my dogs favorite and that's OK I realize that lamb is not their favorite I went with the small paws chicken and barley and they loved it.Hill's Science Diet is hands-down the best brand for my pets.Although I do wish it had more fiber.

Just wish it had more fiber

My dog was having skin issues for months that we could not resolve until we finally discovered it might be the chicken! She also has a sensitive stomach so she was previously on the sensitive stomach hills but that is chicken. I switched her to this and her skin is clearer than it's ever been! she does occasionally have issues emptying her anal glands so I just wish this had a little more fiber.

I recently had to switch my dog from a different brand of food to HSD lamb and rice. The change to this food fixed her issues. BUT...what I wanted to share is how impressed I was with Chewy. My previous food (60 lb) bag was on auto ship. I thought I cancelled the auto ship in enough time to stop the new shipment. I did not. I contacted the company immediately and asked them if there was anything they could do to stop the shipment of the old food. Unfortunately, they could not but informed me they would credit my account for the amount of the food and ask that in exchange, I donate it to a shelter. That is exactly what I did. As a result of how this was handled, I have now set up the new food I recently had to switch my dog from a different brand of food to HSD lamb and rice. The change to this food fixed her issues.
